Please note that dead on arrivals must be reported on the same day as receipt of livestock, by telephone call.
In the unlikely event of d.o.a we ask that the fish is wrapped in newspaper or tissue,put into a plastic bag. And then sent back to us immediately. On receipt we shall either replace the fish or credit your card back for the cost of the fish.
All livestock delivered or collected from Oddball Express is guaranteed for 24hrs subject to water tests!
we reserve the right to whether we replace or credit the fish.
